ARKMONT Terms of Service
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. Provider
ARKMONT is operated by Miguel Arce Montoro, Calle de Campoamor, 28004 Madrid, Spain. Contact: hello@arkmont.net. Information provided under Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI).
2. The service
ARKMONT is an online tool that checks whether AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Grok) mention or recommend a brand, and reports the results weekly. AI answers vary and come from third parties, so we do not guarantee any ranking, mention or business result, and the results are informational.
3. Account
You must be at least 18, or have legal capacity to contract, and give a valid email. You are responsible for activity under your account. Only check brands you own or have a legitimate interest in.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- Free: one-off check with a score and your top 3 rivals. Paid plans, all available for purchase: Básico (9 €/month, 600 credits), Pro (19 €/month, 2,100 credits) and Auto (39 €/month, 4,250 credits, up to 3 brands), or the prices shown at checkout. All prices shown include VAT (IVA incluido). Credits renew on the 1st of each month; when they reach 0, checks and rewrites pause until they renew.
- When you connect your website (Auto), you give us a revocable credential (for example a WordPress Application Password or a Shopify app authorisation). We use it only to publish, update or roll back the content you approved, we keep a copy of the previous version so every change can be undone, and you can revoke access at any time from your site.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The change applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
5. Cancellation and refunds
30-day guarantee. If your AI visibility score does not go up in your first month, we refund you. It applies to the first month of a paid plan. It is measured with ARKMONT's own score, comparing your first check with the one 30 days later. To ask for it, email soporte@arkmont.net within 7 days after day 30.
- You can cancel at any time from your account (the subscription portal, "Gestionar suscripción") or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and access continues until then, and partial periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.
- Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. By starting to use the paid service immediately, you expressly request that it begin within the withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully provided, you lose that right. If you withdraw before then, we refund the amount proportional to the unused part (Spanish General Consumer Law, RDL 1/2007, arts. 102–108).
6. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, overload or resell the service without permission, use it for illegal purposes, or try to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The software, brand and design belong to the provider. Your input data stays yours, and you grant us a licence to process it only in order to provide the service. We may use aggregated, anonymous statistics.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or consumers' mandatory rights.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features. Material adverse changes to paid plans will be notified 30 days in advance.
10. Data protection
See the Privacy Policy. Where you enter personal data of third parties, you are responsible for having a legal basis to do so.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of Madrid, Spain.
