When AI invents your phone or hours
Sometimes AI does not stay quiet: it invents a phone number, opening hours or an address. A customer who dials a fake number rarely comes back.
Today's tip
- Ask ChatGPT or Gemini, one at a time: "What is the phone number of [your business] in [your city]?", "What are the opening hours?" and "What is the address?".
- Compare each answer with your Google Business Profile and your website.
- If it is wrong, publish a clear block on your site: exact name, address, phone and hours.
- Use that same block on your Google Business Profile.
