What your reviews tell AI
When AI recommends a local business, it leans on what customers say. If your reviews are few, old or vague, it has little to say about you.
Today's tip
- Ask ChatGPT or Gemini: "What do customers think of [your business] in [your city]?".
- Compare the answer with your real reviews. Does it repeat an old complaint? Does it miss what you do best?
- Reply to recent reviews, the bad ones too, calmly and with specifics.
- Ask happy customers to mention which service they used and in which area.
- Ask again in a few weeks.
