A FAQ that AI can cite
When someone asks an AI assistant which business to choose, it answers with what it understands well about each site. A clear FAQ section is one of the easiest things for it to understand.
Today's tip
- Write down the five questions customers ask most before they buy.
- Answer each in two or three sentences with concrete facts: what you offer, for whom and where.
- Use your customers' words, not internal jargon.
- Put them on a visible page of your site, not just in a PDF.
